Rental Details:

• Event Pricing and Add-ons:

  • The Parlor room rental fee is waived with a 40-guest minimum. Otherwise, rental fees for weekdays are $75/hour (minimum 2-hour private event) and weekends are $150/hour (minimum 2-hour private event). Includes exclusive use of the space, tables and seating for up to 42, background music, and staff setup/cleanup.

  • Additional time may be purchased for $50 per 30 minutes (subject to availability).

  • Add-ons: food packages, bar service, desserts, or tea service priced separately or as event packages.

• Note: The Parlor is located on the 2nd floor of our restaurant. There is no elevator access.

• Reservation Required: Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.

• Food & Beverage: Catering to be provided by Circa 1898; no outside food or beverages are permitted, with the exception of a cake. All cakes brought into Circa 1898 must be prepared by a licensed bakery or commercial kitchen. Homemade desserts are not permitted due to health and safety regulations.

• Decorations: Guests may bring their own decorations, but nothing may be attached to walls or fixtures. Setup and cleanup must be completed within the rental period.

• Deposit:

  • 50% of total estimated cost due upon signing

  • Final Payment: Due by the day of the event

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days in advance: Deposit refundable.

  • Cancellations made 14–29 days in advance: Deposit is transferable for a future event.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days: Deposit is forfeited and 50% of the estimated event total will be billed.
